I mean have you seen those infomercials that claim you can look like a ripped – competition-ready – body builder by using some ab machine three minutes a day?Give me a break!There’s only one way to lose fat: Eat right…that’s the biggie. And exercise.So, quit spending money on miracle creams and diet pills. And especially STOP doing crash diets! THEY DON’T WORK.
